NINBooking is operated by Commscentric Pty Ltd, a NIMC-licensed Front End Partner, in collaboration with UK-based EH-LED Global Resources Ltd. The team supports Nigerian diaspora communities with enrolment appointments in Australia and Oceania Countries.

Your appointment is for identity data capture. NIMC issues the NIN directly after receiving the submitted data.

Our role and NIMC’s role

As an enrolment agency, we are responsible for capturing and sending citizens’ profiles and biometric data to NIMC. NIMC is solely responsible for issuing and activating the National Identification Number (NIN).

Once NIMC has issued your NIN, direct any questions about it to nimcdiaspora@nimc.gov.ng. Our consultants are here to assist with enrolment. Please treat our team courteously; abuse or threats will not be tolerated.

What documents should I bring?

Bring a Nigerian passport and/or birth certificate. For children without Nigerian passports, the parent’s Nigerian passport and the child’s birth certificate may be used. NINBooking’s current site also advises that a digital National Population Commission (NPC) certificate is required. Confirm requirements before travelling.

Who issues my NIN?

NIMC issues and activates the NIN after receiving submitted enrolment data. NINBooking provides the enrolment and data capture service.

Can I change or miss an appointment?

The current site states that changes and rebooking after a missed appointment incur a fee. Please confirm the current terms with support before making changes.

Prepare your NPC documents

The National Population Commission Digital Certificate is compulsory for NIN registration.

  1. Adults: NPC Birth Attestation.
  2. All applicants: NPC Birth Registration or Foreign Birth Notification, as applicable.
  3. Visit the National Population Commission website and check its Services section for more information.
  4. Please bring your digital NPC certificate(s), Nigerian passport and other required documents to the enrolment centre.
