As an Enrolment Agency, we are only responsible for the capturing and sending of citizens’ profiles and biometrics datas to NIMC, whilst NIMC is solely responsible for the issuance and activation of the National Identity Number (NIN). Once the NIN has been issued by NIMC, any issues in regards to your NIN need to be directed to NIMC for resolution at nimcdiaspora@nimc.gov.ng
